I think what you are talking about is renaming from Topic view, I use to do that, thought it was a Gmod+ power, though I didn't have to click stop.

and a box came up over the text and I was like
What the fuck
So i double clicked it again, hit STOP and added "(CLICK HERE)"
Pressed enter and it worked
I never knew that . I fail
