I am trying to purchase in App items on the game on Microsoft Store, but purchasing through Turkey region is alot cheaper when i buy it with turkish VCC it does not appear anyone know how to solve this problem.

Im from Uk and when i purchase on Microsoft Store it lets me and gifts me the ingame item, but when i change region and buy with Turkish Lira i dont get anything??? I know other players have done it and it has worked... Am i missing something.
