I tried to find but no fine results. Any help?
If the lithtech jupiter Enterprise package plugin doesn't work, there isn't one
DEdit method to export DTX files
if u are in interest, there is a way to edit dtx's as tga in any image editor.
i dont remember the where i saw the this method but if i remember i will credit.
Method:
1-) Find the DEdit for open and export DTX files.
2-) Export the DTX as TGA to any location u want
3-) Open TGA file with any image editor u want.

the lithtech .dtx plugins only support Photoshop 32bit
I believe PTS CS6 had 32bit version. Or you can manually update/upgrade the source code "C:\TouchdownEntertainment\Jupiter_Ent\Engine\tool s\Plugins\Photoshop\dtxformat" to 64bit.
