Unban V83 Private Server

someone knows how to get my account unbanned on a new v83 server?
i'll be glad to get some help with it

Also got banned on V83 private server, and I'm itching to get back in the game.

I've tried all the usual tricks – spoofing, formatting my PC, even going so far as creating a brand spanking new account.
But every time I try to log in and pick a server, I get hit with this pesky error:
"You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later."

And just to make things interesting, I can log in from another PC with no problem with the exact new account.

if anyone has been through this before, I'd be grateful for some advice.
