EDIT: After rereading I realize that the customers' information was not the one that committed the scam. So you got a customer, sent the info to a "refunder", & that refunder had @TheSopranos do it?

He took his customers details, told his customer, who I have spoken to he is a trusted middle man, took money off him, gave the order to someone else, who gave it to me. I've offered him to come forward and come see me on behalf of his customer but apart from that I have not threatened him. Only threatened the person who's order it is.

Cursed to put this in simple terms for you, I got scammed. All I wanted is either my fee or to deal with the order rebills and so on for not being paid, which I have a right to do. If you want to ban me for that so be it. I never said he has to pay me nor are any of the details his so for that reason I will proceed how I want regardless of what you say. If you feel like I should be banned go for it. I've resolved every report opened against me to MPGH's standards and know I didn't do anything wrong.
