Technically, it's not towards you. It is to the address of the one that had the scammed refund. You're the one that got convoluted with the outsourcing & this is what can happen. I do not see any direct threat towards you. Again, he can rebill the address, but no one is going to show up there besides maybe a pizza man.

Sketchy shit happens when you deal in sketchy business. That might have been one of the reasons we set a rule on it.

You never dealt with him, but through the chain you are involved. Again, this is what can happen when you deal in these services... Especially when they are banned from MPGH & when the refund order is going down the line of 3 people. He said you don't have to pay, but since you were involved he is asking you. If you don't pay, he can rebill the original customer if he so wishes. But AGAIN, no one is coming to the house and not shit will happen. Our hands are tied here.

You both broke MPGH rules by engaging in this service.

You outsourced your illegal service to another outsourcer that then outsourced again and 3/4 of you are getting burned.

Either ignore him or give in. That's up to you, but we cannot do anything here. What is there to do? He's not threatening you, unless you'd like to admit you are the customer in question. The MPGH community has seen its fair share of scammers... And the incentive to get retribution after being scammed is commonly understood.
