I was told to wait for big changes from a mod of yours saying you staff were gathering up to retake MPGH and make it better somehow. Still have yet to see that too and it’s been months now.

Easier said than done, especially when literally no one reliable wants to help. Everyone who has signed up to help hasn't done shit, with the exception of like 3 people.

Despite that, we're still working on it. I don't know when it'll be done, but it is something we all want to complete and know it's necessary to complete.

The admins do care, but I think we stopped caring about who stays or goes since we're confident in getting people back or attracting new visitors once things are finally done.

We never said it's an impossible task. It's just a large task. If it was this easy, it would be much more common for forums and boards to run their own software instead of licensing things out. Clearly, that's not the case.

Sure some people talk out there ass but you underestimate some people’s knowledge about vB, plugins, db migration, etc. I’m surprised you guys haven’t waved a white flag by now honestly. Especially with AI out there that you can now utilize to make tedious tasks let tedious. I’m just tired of the excuses tbh, MPGH members who come to utilize this site everyday deserve better.

This is literally what we have started doing and have changed requirements as well. Migrating over 100GB of data to a completely different type of database is not simple either lol.

It’s not my job to help. That’s an MPGH problem. Dave has reaped in donations over the years just hire someone and pay them a fair price just like any other business outsourcing a dev. And we as MPGH have every right to complain. It is not our jobs to solve staff and administrative problems. We’ve been promised something for years now. It’s the nature of the beast. It’s what happens when you don’t honor your word.
