PayPal Purchase Protection and money holding

Hello,

i want to ask you all is there a way to make things easy for the sellers to get their money faster when i Pay with G&S since it is the only option i have ?
from what i know PayPal hold the money form 7d to 21d < which is so annoying and uncalled for in my deals and waste both of our times the Buyer(me) and the sellers.

also the purchase protection what is the best way to avoid it or shorten the duration of it

when i buy stuff from here sellers say do the following:
click Send money
leave the notes empty
and select "No Address Needed"

does this unlock the money faster for the sellers?
is there any other platform which is more flexible and can be used internationally ?
BTW our banks doesn't let us buy cryptocurrency so i need to buy from other sources and pay them more < which is an option i tried recently

What I did was set up a simple Ltd company, registered the domain and created an email address. Then I used the email address on PayPal to create a business account. Payments are instant then.
