Unban account @Cynom

Good morning,

A while ago I got banned from my @Cynom account.

My credentials were stolen and I hadn't set two-factor authentication, which led to a ban due to a message containing malware.

I had not made a deban request because I no longer came to MPGH.

Today, I would like to be able to return to the forum. I don't have any proof of what I'm saying and I don't know how to get any. Is it possible to get an unban if you have the ability to verify logins on my account?

@Cynommm Hello, I looked back into the ban report from July of 2022. Your ban was issued by @meme with the reason of "Releasing malware / probably stolen account." Your account was most likely compromised and someone accessed it and released malware. You would need to have the original email that you have used to sign up. I do believe they will ask you for the IP that you have used to create the account and the ISP information. I do see from the IP logs that there were a couple of ip addresses that were used which you normally do not use. They may ask for more information from you just to verify as I do not know the rest on top of my head. Sorry for the late reply
