Does anyone know where upgrade speed (for nailgun, for example), wellness gain, and swing damage are located with dnSpy? Using the older lists for Reflexil doesn't seem very helpful for finding their locations with dnSpy, but maybe I just don't know how the location translates? Help is appreciated. I've managed the basics with the creative/debug menu and build distance, but don't know where anything else is.

Don't use Reflexil - never have. From my understanding, it did what dnSpy does now but before dnSpys time, so I just use dnSpy, as that's also what I know best.
Specifically, I use the latest version of dnSpyEx, which is a forked version of the now discontinued dnSpy. Should be on ******. As for managing to make it work, you just can't modify the class/method like you might otherwise - you need to edit the IL instructions directly. There's some super helpful threads on here about what you need to do and how. I've managed with A21.2. Let me know if you find anything interesting!
You might need to look for :
PassiveEffects class. Only a enum class so you cnat change enums here. But still useful maybe.
BlockRepairAmount -> Would instantly repair all blocks in one hit.
RepairTime ->
If you look inside of the class ItemActionRepair:
protected float repairAmount; -> Sounded promising
