Was hoping I could launch the game even with EAC enabled. Maybe one day the golden age of the .dll and connecting with EAC will come back

Tried to run this with the wasteland mod. And now I get a black screen. I use to be able to edit my own .dll and enable the dm menu my self. But it's been years and can't for the life of me remember how to do it. Can you share what program you use to edit / then where to edit it? So I can edit files for wasteland mod / darkness falls mod?
