I guess I should of had mentioned this, but you can just edit the values yourself INSTEAD of waiting for MY EDITED FILE; Just make sure you backup the original incase anything happens! The filename is
"generated_status_effect_settings.dl_bin"

But how do you know which line to edit and what to edit it to? I've been trying to figure other things out like weapon/armor perks and stuff. Such as twitch drops I missed or even sample count.
