Combat Arms Source Code - The Biggest CA Release In 10 Years

You read the title correctly - this is Combat Arms: Classic Source code for Client, Server and Database from LevelUP Games, the BR version which leaked in 2017. With over 21,000 views on a release of these files elsewhere (wasn't sure if mpgh wanted the potential fire from this), it seems Valofe/Nexon aren't going to do anything. I think they finally gave up.

I'm not a good enough programmer to understand these files. Others elsewhere have it working, but there aren't yet any good tutorials available to just "this is what you do" to get it running. Images below for proof
