party problems

Hey there,

First, I'm not a native speaker, so please don't be angry, if you don't understand everything.
Well, I've got a problem with the party feature in Modern Warfare 2. In my eyes there are two ways to find in a game in Modern Warfare 2:
First way: Other players join your server.
Second way: You join another one's server.

If I am in a party, where the leader finds a game like in the first example, everything works how it have to.
But if I am in a party, where the leader finds a game like in the second example, I don't come with them into a game.
The others are playing how it has to be, and it works fine for them. But for me it doesn't. When they found a game, a host migration appears at my screen, and it fails.
I'm back in the menu.
My NAT type stands on open, so the ports are open. They MUST be open, because I'm often the host. I've only got a 3k internet connection, but this must be enough. There are enough poeples who plays MW2 with a modem or ISDN. My old leader had a 4k connection, and it worked fine for him. My router is a T-Sinus 1024.
Well, you see my english is very bad, but I hope you can help me anyway.

In another forum there's a guy saying that a high K/D ratio could be a reason for this.
Can this be the reason?

Explicit enough for me, high K/D ratio could affect this, but I don't think so..
Merging parties system sucks, as the matchking, it happens to me very often to fail, IWnet are some fags, don't expect too much, wait till Alter finishes the dedicated servers.
