Hello everyone!
I’m excited to share the release of my new Open Source project with you all.
After several attempts and iterations over the years, I had stepped away from BlackShot. However, with the modern tools available to us today, I decided to start fresh from scratch: completely remapping the game and sharing this work back with the community that helped me so much in the past.
The project targets a 2014 client and was developed entirely in Node.js, leveraging Claude Code to its fullest during development. After about a week of intense work, I built a functional architecture split into three core servers:

Please note that this is an initial/early release. Since this was built in a short time frame, the codebase is far from perfect—you will likely encounter bugs, missing handling, or unoptimized logic. Everything is a work in progress, and I’ll be actively refining, fixing, and cleaning up the code as we move forward.
The Game Room is currently the primary area under active development. Most of the remaining work is focused here, and new features will be rolled out gradually as they become stable.
This project is being built step-by-step. I’ll keep sharing updates openly and invite the community to follow along, test, report issues, and contribute to making this project even better.

- Authentication Server
- Lobby Server
- Game Room Server
🚀 Current Progress
Authentication:
- Login system and password validation.
- Player ranks, user data, and session loading.
Lobby:
- Communication: Global chat, room chat, clan chat, whispers (private messaging), and friend list (Add Friend).
- Economy & Items: Shop 100% mapped, including all client items (kits, characters, seasonal collections for Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.), along with full BSC and BP systems.
- Inventory: Fully functional Storage (primary/secondary weapon and equipment selection) and working Gachapon system.
- Rooms: Room creation and management.
Game Room:
- Match initialization for Practice mode and multiplayer.
- Fixed room flow logic (including Ready and Start states).
- In-game synchronization: player movement, weapon switching, and kill system.

There are 3 BlackShots running, have you notified them of your concern? What about your Server, will you cancel?
Why instead of complaining don't you contribute to the project? It's OpenSource.
