I don't want the Thanks or Rep, but My answer may be in-correct or it could be correct. After cross-Modding the gun I do believe you have to go into that file and mod the textures or the gun that you cross-modded, I don't know though. I don't do cross-mods no more.

but idk i rarely do those.

If you crossmod, the gun textures will be the hands' one. But if you model swap; the textures will work .
