OPK was never in public hacks

Features like OPK would destroy the game of warrock in the public's hands, I have seen it 3 years ago when there were 4-5 OPK users in every room, not much fun. G1 would also have your website shutdown asap if you started putting OPK in public hacks. I haven't seen proper OPK around for 3 months now..

I think we had OPK once on other site I was a member of (quit them 'cause they're douche bags).

It was for CA I believe, and only had one release with it in it XD
