Here it is, as I propmised, new HBE RC3. RC3 is now fully working public and private match modder with no known buggs. Features are near the same, but it of course has some new things... so lets see:

Main Changes:

• Full rewrited in VB.net 2010
• New Aero GUI - Opacity 80% (XP/Vista/W7)
• Built-in Injector with automatic or manual injection + multiple dll files can be injected (fully compatible with Mod Loader + mods can be loaded ingame - no need for restarting game)
• All Features besides DEV rank can be unchecked (turned on/off)
• New Features
• Clean Code (no injecting unnecessary things)
• Simplified UI (features sorted in main/host only/visual/special/removals)
• Suported only by NET. Framework 4 (due toVisual Studio 2010)
• Removed stats changer cuz there are already bunch of simple trainers out there
• Removed some of buggy features like UAmmo

How to use:
Run HBE as administrator
Run MW2
Start private match or host public
Alt + Tab -> apply cheats of your choice

Note:
HBE RCR works only with NET. Framework 4 Installed becouse its made in newest version of visual studio. I recommend you updating your NET.F version to 4.0 becouse there will be more and more programs/hacks/software supported only by mentioned version, also version 4 has many improvements and it takes only 30 s to install. Detectable, using disabler is recommended
