you prolly have either tooooo much ram
or you have a gaming pc

I use Tune Up utilities, but it doesn't really help with FPS much. FPS is only going to be high if your GFX card has a lot of memory and processing power.

that's cause tuneup is for optimize your pc(u can try turbo mode)
not a game improve
better fps=better pc

Well Fps = Graphic card..

if u have a nvidia GeForce GTX 480 you will probably have over 600 fps
