What do you need to make a hack.

Okay so I've been watching some c++ tutorials (I've seen that pop up in how to make hacks) and I think I have the basics down, but what do you need to make a simple cross-hair, chams, no spread, no recoil hack? (Well at least chams or ESP) (codes, programs etc) and how to make them undetectable. A link to a tutorial would be nice, and no I did not find anything on google. I just wanna know the steps to make a hack from scratch, All I can seem to find are assholes saying learn C++, which I imply as learning C++ will make you magically learn how to make hacks.

OK LEARN C++, it's very useful, REVERSE ENGINEERING and MAyBE SOME D3D Tutorials, you should also learn how to make a base!
