Ok this is a leech i do not take credits credits goes to nextgenupdate this app freeze players in a game like in mw2 so when activated you can kill them BUT WAIT u need to be the host no host no lag.

1.ok so heres what you gotta do download the attachement
2.extract to your desktop
3.open the program
4.go into start option>network tools and then find UDP flooder click on it
5.something will pop up where it is written 127.0.0.1 replace these numbers by 25.25.25.25
6.where it is written data just copy the word data and paste it with ctrl+v for about 20 seconds
7.put the speed to the max

now you need to get host in a online game once your once press the start button on the program and the trick is to have marathon and lightweight to run fast then own the other team but dont keep the program on for too long it will d/c you

i cannot make a virus scan because the file is a lil to big but i scanned with my AV avast 0 threat

OK at the Bottom when You Click Edit Post there should be little section that says 'Additional Opstions'

In that section there will be a button Called 'Manage Attachments'
A window will Pop Up and Show The Upload Limit Size of each available File Type (If it's a .Rar or .Zip the limit is around 50mb)
Click Upload>Navigate to file>Double Click on the File>Wait for upload to be completed before closing the window>Upload will be complete because your file will appear in the Window.

All Done, and Remeber to add 2 or 3 Virus Scans From these websites:

I don't know if you read Xion, but he said that he carn't upload them to any Anti-virus checkers because the file is to big for the specifation.

He Needed Help on how to Upload the files onto MPGH, So when I saw that he needed help I wrote a 'How to' and Included the 3 Virus Scan sites because I was reminding him that 2 or more VScans are needed for a file to be approved, I was here when he edited his thread and said that the files were too big, lol.
