Can't figure this out-im new x.x

Hey guys well I've been trying to get these hacks to work and I can't figure out where to get this .dll or what to do so if anyone knows please help. I've attatched a link to the screen shot but if it doesn't work this it what comes up after I inject "This application has failed to start because MSVCR100.dll was not found.
