Well this is a very poor quality game , bad graphics and very little updates. Never release items. But it is worth it . I don't play this game alone but also other games,.
Overall its a pretty UNIQUE game, which is why I am still playing it today.. Its TPS (third person shooter ) Which makes it different from other games and make it very different and fun! I will now answer everything in your format.

What makes you place this game and not another?:
Graphics quality?: Not the best. Its alright . It's visible
Problems: Doesnt update or get releases ( But I think its starting to get a little bit active , seeing that they released 2 new armours for the first time EVER) But they have never released a new map . So yeah..
Hack Fest?: I do not understand this statment, "Hack fest" . If it means if there is alot of hackers.. No not really only a few
Does money help you get an advantage over the in game money users?:No it all depends on skill . and how swiftly and quickly you can switch guns and shoot

well....this game is a differnt one i would have to say...its like skang had said but another great one you should try is AVA....its legit to the max..(i mean like the best....)
