this is a little off topic kinda but u know promod right? the textures and the ppl are much smoother (i have the THT textures on). That is by .gsc modding right? can we use mods without being the host? not mods to make modded lobbies and such. mods that modify textures, FOV etc

texture u can ofc...but not FOV u need console for that

Why not? Its good to test stuff and boost without being banned.
