To avoid any spammers, scammers, etc in this section, I've taken under the responsibility of writing this up, and making sure it doesn't happen. I've got Dave backing me up with this, so please, don't start with the bullcrap.
NOTES: Revisions overwrite any previous policy. For instance, revision 1 says no spamming, but the newest revision (#2) allows it. The 2nd overrules the 1st.)
REVISION #1: SEND A PM TO EITHER ME OR INMOLAK WITH YOUR 10TH PRESTIGE LOBBY DETAILS. WE WILL GET TO YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ONCE VERIFIED, YOU MAY POST A THREAD. IF YOU FAIL TO FOLLOW THESE RULES THAN YOUR THREAD WILL BE CLOSED/DELETED, AND YOU WILL BE WARNED.
If you will be hosting 10th prestige lobbies, then you must post in THIS SECTION until a 10th lobby section is created. Please, post exactly everything you will be doing for this person with this lobby. Is it free, is it paid for, infections, etc. If you advertise false data or link off-site, your thread will be reported/deleted by the staff. DO NOT LINK TO A YOUTUBE ACCOUNT, ASK FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS, ETC.
TO EVERYONE LOOKING FOR A LOBBY, please WAIT for someone, such as myself, Inmolak, or a staff member to verify what they are advertising is true. We will post our results, and then you can get on with the lobby if its up.
With lobbies asking for payment, such as $20 USD over paypal, or 1600 Microsoft Points, PLEASE WAIT until we verify the person. We want to prevent scams, not promote them. Also, I'm sure some people from the market will be willing to be a middleman for your transaction with the person. I myself will do so if asked.
This thread can and will be updated as I or any staff member see's fit.

I can help out with the verifying process, Inmolak and i are play on xbox all the time, I speak German, Russian, English... And Spanish so if we have a international person i can communicate with them...
