Check what ram you need first.
Then get new ram sticks
if those don't work, then check what motherboard / other PC specs to get a new graphics card

Your problem is your cpu, i am sure of it. 1.***** is really bad. (my phone has a 1Ghz processor)

Anyways what you need to do is figure out what type of socket your cpu uses. It is an old cpu i can tell because i can't find it on newegg. But the best thing for you to do would be to just save up your cash and get a new computer. But if that isn't possible I would figure out what type of socket that cpu uses and buy a better cpu that fits that socket.


Edit: I looked up the socket for that cpu and it is no longer in use anymore. It is a socket M (478 pin) the cpu you have was about as fast as the socket M cpus got. What you should do now is let me know how much money you have to spend and we can figure it out from that point on.

If you really want to fix the lag problem your going to HAVE to spend some money. your 4 year old computer isn't going to cut it for most modern day applications.
