Indeed, it somehow sticked when I restarted, checked again now without loading the mod and its my old rank indeed.

Some mods where killstreaks are disabled, they are enabled anyway, and one time I even got every killstreak, like they were all selected ...
Will look into it tomorrow, too tired now.

pS: offtopic; Inception was great
