I first made this one for a Open Lobby Steam group, but they wouldn't mind being it

released to the public.

Features :
-| Default set of perks and weapons.
-| Minisculed HP.
-| Everybody sniper model.
-| Bomb never plant-able.
-| FPS Commands added. (fog removed, multigpu enabled, etc...)
-| Faster loading time & spawn time. (by removing all "useless" the sounds from the 

game)
-| An easy way to add admins to the ability of a kickmenu, also slay/freeze/and change 

team menu.
-| Browser gametype name "sniperlobby" and on top a message saying that.
-| Some dvars set to prevent cheating attempts (with console).
-| Automelee = DISABLED. (Call of Duty 4 style kniving)

-| Intervention, all ammo possible, attachments: FMJ, Extended mags, camo: fall)

-| Golddeagle, no ammo.
Perks : (yes if you only give steady aim, it DOESNT have steady aim pro.)
