well i got same OS as you do , just make a copy of it on ure desktop and everythime it disapear replace it with the "new" one . i dont think u will have to close the game to replace it .

When im in Clan Menu ( where u can search matches and create clans ) i have a mouse cursor :O

If ur lagging in lobby and u have pissed ur cursors off .
Try this:
"Right click on ur desktop, press edit and select Mouse cursors ."
Try to change something of them and try again .
Other i cant help . o_O
