Download this: msvcr100 - DLL-files.com then put it into your C:\Windows\System32 folder AND Combat Arms folder.

I also download the file, but everything works fine, except i dont know what the hotkey for the menu is o.o lol.

Put it into your COmbat arms Folder.

First download your .dll from https://www.dll-files.com/and then extract msvcr100.dll and place it in your Combat Arms Folder and your / System32(32bit)/SystemWOW64(64bit) folder.

This SHOULD fix your problem.
