    Can ubuntu 10.4 run cf

    So i have a crappy old comp and my homies recomend me ubuntu , so i wonder can i run crossfire on ubuntu maximus 10.4 .
    I dont know in what topic to put this thread :P , sorry if wrong topic .I have a xp at the moment

    I heard it COULD run windows in a VMWare type program well, BUT you need a good computer...

    You might as well Dual-boot.

    well , when i go home then pc specs, but now cant , i dont remember but i think 64bit ATM something :P with ati radeon 9550 .

    well btw, can you talk in english ? i dont know what dual-boot or VWV-ware is or whatevar

    Anyway, who ever said VMWare only runs on WINDOWS...he want's to run it in LINUX...

    Linux has it's own OS 'emulation' programs. WINE (free, but I don't like it...but then again, I had used an older version...they've updated since then.) and a few others (google for them...).
