After my GW acc got hacked or something, I decided to get it back.
Everything worked, new password 'n stuff, but in the end, I had to put in a name of one of my characters.
I've lost the account for like 6 months, so yeah...
I made a ticket, and the fuckers took 2 hours and 50 minutes to respond.
After that, I had to wait for a whole fucking weekend, because they don't work @ saturday 'n sunday.
Next to that, I had to wait till it was 7PM GMT+1, because they open @ 12AM CST.

I decided to give them a call, and now my fucking house phone can't put a ''+'' in, as that is needed to call them.
