then why would they have the same date modified and same MD5 hash code, thats like 1 in a...erm..idfk a number to put here..1 in a big number with like 55 0's chance of happening

the date modified would change since he MODIFIED the file, hence date MODIFIED!

MD5 hash is different on each file unless its done IDENTICALLY to another file...and i highly doubt this

This mod is ok,but if you take it out you wont be able to know if there is any fire or gas where your moving towards. i still like it
