This is like wrasia's old thread. He got like 70+ thanks, and the thread ended up getting deleted, yet he still has those thanks from all those people. I don't see the point in making people thank you. You are obviously going to get allot of thanks if you tell people it's the only way they are going to get something. I get thanks by being helpful, I don't really ask for them, I just appreciate it when people thank me for the tutorials and hacks I post, but not by posting threads saying "If i get XX thanks I'll release a hack". I really don't see the point in abusing this system.
The Thanks System is supposed to be for thanking people for useful/helpful posts, not to make someone release something. That is just plain abusing. This is the only annoying thing about the Thanks System, I like it but it's just annoying when it get's abused, by giving thanks out WAY too much, or making people give them you.Last edited by wr194t; 11-13-2007 at 04:21 AM.
