[first mods] Red Tiger M16 and Red Tiger 92FS

well as title says these are my first mods, i didnt get a picture and put it on overlay, i hand painted the texture in gimp pasted it on the gun texture as a new layer, set the transparency to 50% and merge the red tiger layer down
