Definitely remove the lines. They look gay. But other than that its alright. It doesn't need more colours. Duo-tones are fine in this style.

v2 better
make the lines stand out more with a brighter outer glow
dont cover the focal too much
resize ur c4ds more
get some new c4ds
add more depth and work on lighting
and colours maybe

1. I don't like the cut head render
2. If you do cut off his head, at least a border.
3. Or at the very least his pipe.
4. No text is ok, but I could be awesome if you put the right one.
