1. Get paint.net.
2. Open loginbg with it.
3. Turn on the ruler located at the top
4. Make a design
5. Zoom 100%

(All hundred sections on the ruler have 19 lines in between them so go by that)

7. The top left of the user name box is 212 (Y coordinate)
