    My Task Manager is locked . How i can unlock my Task Manager?

    =\ Internet cafes disable it using there remote application. If its at the internet cafe I usally go to, just spam CTRL+ALT+DEL and it should popup with a laggy effect.

    Im in a Internet Cafe right now and i can use task manager, but i work here and have an admin account so it doesnt count.
