Well the "No Reload" is an addy (addies, 5 of them). But it is only visual.. I've never tried max fire speed though. Probably doesn't work either.

no ur wrong. no recoil dont have to be 5 addies. i min i ever saw no recoil working at was 2 it was normally 4 . mmbob show me one with 3 and blood like his with 5.
