General
Ping Is determined By The Distance Of You to The Server You're Playing. It Isn't really something you can lower, Other than Moving closer to a server, or Choosing a Server Closer to you.
The Only things that are really in your control to fix, Are the Quality of the Internet Service You are using. Or How Many Computers Are Using your Internet Network. (I.e If You have Many computers In your house using the same Internet.)
