It looks like codedemon is teleporting. looking at his radar. other friendlies position move back and forth.

Only thing is the screen glitch as ca detects if you teleport.

the C.D doesn't actually move to the saved position only the camera does kinda like virtual jump or semi ghost and this could be used in ghost
and people can use this so where ever they look they could teleport their view there

This is nothing like the semi ghost mode, due to the fact it uses a Set location
