since I didn't like the one that one guy made I made it myself.
Credits to SuperNovaAO for the method and to me for the program.
Download the exe, place it in the MW2 Liberation directory and run the exe instead of the original one.

Screenshot is useless since it's a console program which runs for a second.
Apache, hosts file adjustments (in fact: the program doesn't edit the HOSTS file either so people that don't like editing system files like these can use this without being worried about their system (for whatever reason it would be harmful)) or anything else really aren't required.
Minimum system requirements: Windows 2000 or better (same limitation as MW2 Liberation itself)
