Tranquility Glitch ( the best and easiest way )

Okay so i pretty much went onto crossfire the minute the servers were up i downloaded it in like 5 second cause my pc's fast so i pretty much found this glitch and i see all these noobs jumping and jumping well no your doing it wrong ........... i cant really explain how to do it by typing it but i made a video .

( MPGH please dont ban me im not advertising anything im just showing them the glitch by video )
