Hey my friend got banned

Admin banned my friend's 2accounts which is


the account he was using and one of account has gold premium on it


he hacked in an account which is the one (lvl1)


Got banned from admin.


He thinks its hardware ban


anyway to put him back on his premium account on server ?


and how to prevent hardware and ip ban ?

another way is using a proxy

another way is getting a ip changer program
