[REQUEST]Hero Arena Mod

I am requesting to all coders a hero arena mod.
Features-
Different Heroes to choose from
Care package arena (could use killingdyls map editor on terminal outside of map)
Hero health(20k+)
1 LIFE
Gradually Gain Points( aka every second +10 points)
Spawn Points in Arena
2-18 players
Free For All OR Teams
Special abilities using points Ex:200 points- add a % of speed, 500 points- invisibility for 20 seconds, 800 points- nuke that damages people within range and so on.
Different Heroes with different abilities(could use tf2 mod)
Custom Classes for different Heroes (also maybe tf2 mod)
Different bullet damage for different heroes
Balancing for different heroes Ex: Mage-m9, abilities use less points or gain +15 points Fighter- ACR,M1014,+8 points or abilities cost more.

I think alot of this mod u could extract from different mods and the only really hard thing would be the points, abilities, and hero classes. I would do it but i cant do big projects i get bored. I want you modders to be smart with balancing the game and being creative with skills. If you have any questions or want some ideas add me the_toaster99 on steam.
