you cant fix it,if you dont jailbreak,its an IOs4 bug, its 4.0 the *.0 versions are always bugged wait for 4.1 or 4.0.1,if the problem is still there, go to next apple store and ask them

i used redsnow,
applied the appsync 4.0 for the games patch
and im all done

Update to 4.0.2, I updated to the New iOS and My Iphone Stuffed Up, My Camera Roll Glitched and Only Shows Black Photo's, and every Song I sync to my Iphone it shows the Wrong Album Art ( I Pay For My Music).

iOS 4 is a Fail So Far!

PS: Yes These Problems Have Stayed on the Phone even after updating to 4.0.1, I'm Updating to 4.0.2 Now, I also did all the troubleshooting guides and they didn't work but it's all sweet Now!

Reset your ipod.

Jailbreak your device.
Download SBSettings from Cydia.
Open it, tap 'Processes'.
Kill the process after you've finished with it.

This kills it from running it in the background, which then doesn't waste your battery.
