    I found it and it took me forever to find visual basic, so I'll add it here so you guys can find it more quickly then I.

    These are the visual express editions, (right now, at version 9), that are free for everyone, and if you just discovered this, that's sad...

    Visual basic 6 discontinued, and pulled of shelves in probably 1999...
