hi, ive found this bg but i wanna make it flash! stand out but at the same time i want it like this ... here is the bg
but in photoshop when i edit it i made it dull (just the mutant standing out) and i was wondering if anyone got any ideas on how to make it bright but wit...what i said up ther :P

Have You Tried Maybe Making The Mutant Just A Tad Brighter?
