Install all of them

Hek - just follow the installer
Hek+ - NEED .net framework 1.1
Tool++ - just un-zip it and put it into your halo ce folder

Step three

Getting Tag's

1.Open Hek+

2.open ALL maps
3.Do This For every map Folder!

4.This will take a bit for all the maps to be exscrated
5.wait....
6.wait some more.....
7.when all files have been exscrated close hek+

Step Four::
------------
Using Sapien To Craft Your Map
-------------------------------
1.Open Sapien (if it gives you problems goto SapienFix)
2.Click File->open
3.Goto Levels->test->tutorial->tutorial.scenioral (i cant spell...)

4. The Controls for sapien are->
Movement- HOLD IN the mouse wheel wile using W,A,S,D To move, R to go up and F to go down and the more you press SHIFT the faster you'll go (PRESS DONT HOLD)
Press Shift To place a object at your CURRENT location
RIGHT CLICK to place a object were your pointing
5.i cant tell you how to make a good map cuase a good map is what you think GOOD is so go nuts!
6. when your done going nut's click File->save as and then give it a name.

Step Five::

Turning that .scerninerio file into a .map
--------------------------------------
1.Open Tool++
2.Go down too Build-cache-File
3. Click the ... Button and find your map that you just made
4.click RUN

5.Wait
6.Open Halo CE and play your map!
