Modding In-Game Ammo/HP/AC Bars

Is there a way to mod the in game GUI for the above stated items? I've looked through most of the relevant rez folders and haven't found anything related.

If anyone can point me to the right location, or even tell me if its possible, it would be much appreciated.

P.S. I apologize if this doesn't pertain to this section, although I'm fairly certain it does.

Maybe with visual basic.... But not only with ps or gimp

Do you mean modding what they look like or giving yourself more HP? if its what they look like its possible, also I don't have the slightest clue of what .rez to look at.. Unless you have some sort of unpacker or something I don't think you can do it
